The three-application migration workflow shown end to end: Migration Engine fronts the Legacy PACS and queries each study once, VNA Migration de-duplicates + remediates + quality-gates every study before it reaches the Net-New PACS, and both engines report PHI-free aggregate counts to SynthInSight for one unified Migration Analytics view. PHI stays on the on-prem image path; only counts reach SynthInSight. Best for legacy-PACS retirement and parallel-run cutover conversations.

Secure cross-network ingest → de-identify at the trust boundary
The one-way de-identification appliance shown end to end: three mutually-authenticated secure ingest channels (DICOM-TLS C-STORE, MLLP-over-TLS, DICOMweb STOW-RS) into the trust boundary, de-identify at ingress, and forward only de-identified output to VNA Research — the re-identification key never crosses the wire. Best for research-data / AI-egress conversations and security reviews.
De-identified research archive → k-floored cohort builder
The research destination shown end to end: VNA Research receives only de-identified studies + PHI-free coded concepts from the De-Identification Engine, stores them (de-identified DICOM archive + coded-concept store), and serves the Clinical Cohort Builder under a k ≥ 11 export floor. It never holds PHI or the re-identification key, so no cohort it serves can be re-identified. Research Use Only. Best for research-program and cohort-discovery conversations.
