Product Complaints / Problem Reports

Complaint-handling channel run under our ISO 13485 quality system (our products are non-device software under FD&C Act §520(o)(1)(D)). Open to anyone — clinicians, biomedical engineers, IT staff, patients, family members. Reports of patient harm or potential harm trigger a documented safety evaluation. A web form is available for structured intake; the email lands in the same queue.
