Conformance statements.

Every shipping XyDromatics and Synth product publishes its conformance statement here — structured per DICOM PS3.2, current to the shipping release, and free to download. No form, no registration, no sales conversation required.

If you are scoping an integration, these are the documents to read first: supported SOP classes, transfer syntaxes, association behaviour, extended negotiation, and the exact error semantics each product returns.

Router-pattern hosts

Store-and-forward routing and archive hosts. Each accepts Storage SOP classes from upstream senders and relays or retains them per configuration.

Specialized engines

Purpose-built engines for structured reporting, migration, pathology, encounter reconciliation, and de-identification.

Traffic & exchange

DICOM-aware load balancing and cross-network exchange, including the health-check contract third-party backends implement to join a SynthIQ pool.

About these documents

Controlled documents
Each statement is a controlled document under the Synthology quality-management system. The version published here is the approved record; the document number and version on the cover identify it exactly. Statements are reviewed on a one-year cycle and reissued whenever a release changes conformance behaviour.
A note on product naming
Some statements carry a longer formal product designation on their cover page than the short product name used across this site. The formal designation is the one that appears in quotes, statements of work, and licensing; the document number and version identify the record either way.
Regulatory classification
All software described here is general-purpose, non-device software under FD&C Act §520(o)(1)(D). None of it is a medical device and none of it provides a clinical diagnostic function. See Regulatory for the full posture.
Found a discrepancy?
If a product's observed behaviour differs from its statement, that is a defect and we want it. Report it through Report a Problem or contact us — it is routed into the same quality system that produced the document.
Deployment requirements
Hardware and software requirements, installation guides, and end user guides for each product are available to customers and partners through the QMS Portal.
